First-time configuration - Overflow Documentation

After your account is verified, complete these steps to get Overflow ready for your donors.

1. Set up funds

Create the funds you want donors to give to (for example, General, Missions, Building).

Connect the bank account where Overflow will deposit gifts. See Reconciliation for how payouts work.

Upload your logo and set your brand colors so giving pages match your organization’s identity.

Set up a giving link or ExpressGive flow so donors have somewhere to give.

Sync donors and gifts with your CHMS or CRM. See Integrations.

Once these are in place you’re ready to accept your first gift.
