If your organization operates across multiple campuses, sites, or locations, Overflow’s multi-campus setup lets you keep them under one roof while preserving separate reporting, funds, and payouts.
What multi-campus gives you
- Per-campus funds — donors can designate gifts to a specific campus’s funds.
- Per-campus reporting — filter contributions, donors, and payouts by campus.
- Shared donor records — a donor giving across campuses appears as a single household.
- Campus-level roles — restrict staff to only the campuses they support.
Enable multi-campus
- Open Settings → Organization → Campuses.
- Click Add campus and enter the campus name and address.
- Assign funds and giving links to the campus.
- Invite campus staff and scope their role to that campus.
Payouts across campuses
By default, all campuses share the organization’s payout account. To route payouts to separate bank accounts per campus, contact support to enable split payouts. Last modified on July 21, 2026
