# Account setup

> Create your Overflow for Nonprofits account and verify your organization.

Get your nonprofit onboarded to Overflow so you can start accepting gifts.

## Prerequisites

* Your organization's EIN and IRS determination letter
* A primary admin email address
* Bank account information for payouts

## Create your organization

1. Sign up at [overflow.co](https://overflow.co) with your admin email.
2. Enter your nonprofit's legal name, EIN, and address.
3. Upload your IRS determination letter for verification.
4. Wait for verification — most organizations are approved within one business day.

## Invite your team

Once verified, invite the rest of your team from **Settings → Team**. You can assign roles when you invite them; see [Roles & permissions](/overflow-for-nonprofits/account-team-settings/roles-permissions) for details.
