# Multi-campus setup

> Manage multiple campuses or locations under a single Overflow organization.

If your organization operates across multiple campuses, sites, or locations, Overflow's multi-campus setup lets you keep them under one roof while preserving separate reporting, funds, and payouts.

## What multi-campus gives you

* **Per-campus funds** — donors can designate gifts to a specific campus's funds.
* **Per-campus reporting** — filter contributions, donors, and payouts by campus.
* **Shared donor records** — a donor giving across campuses appears as a single household.
* **Campus-level roles** — restrict staff to only the campuses they support.

## Enable multi-campus

1. Open **Settings → Organization → Campuses**.
2. Click **Add campus** and enter the campus name and address.
3. Assign funds and giving links to the campus.
4. Invite campus staff and scope their [role](/overflow-for-nonprofits/account-team-settings/roles-permissions) to that campus.

## Payouts across campuses

By default, all campuses share the organization's payout account. To route payouts to separate bank accounts per campus, contact support to enable split payouts.
